  • What's the latest I can work out and keep my streak?
    Workouts are counted up until 3:00am in your timezone. Instead of starting at 12:00am, days in Chelsea Method start at 3:00am and end at 2:59am the following day. This is designed to better match the pattern of when members are most active.Few readers
  • Do I have to complete the suggested workout to maintain my streak?
    No, any workout video counts toward maintaining your streak.Few readers

  • How do I find my favorited workouts?
    Open the app from Chelsea Bot and tap the profile icon near the upper right of the screen. Then tap "Browse all videos", which opens the workout library. If you have workouts favorited, they will appear in the top row.Some readers
  • How do I find other workouts?
    Open the app through Chelsea Bot and tap on the profile icon near the upper right of the screen. Then tap "Browse all videos" in the dropdown menu. This opens the workout library, where all of our workouts are available on-demand.Some readers
  • How do I join a program or challenge?
    If you're not already enrolled in a program or challenge, tap "View programs" in the upper right of the Timeline on the Home screen. If you're already enrolled in a program or challenge, you'll have to leave it first by tapping "Leave" in the upper right of the Timeline on the Home screen. You can then tap "View programs" to see all available programs and challenges. When new challenges are released, you'll automatically be invited to join if you're not currently enrolled in another program orSome readers
  • How do I switch to another challenge or program?
    It's easy. Press the "Leave" button in the top right of the Timeline. This will automatically enroll you in our on-going Daily 5 series: a new workout each day that varies in difficulty and focus. If you'd like to join another challenge or program, tap "View programs" in the top right of the Timeline and select a new program or challenge.Few readers
  • I would like to reset to Day 1. How do I do that?
    To reset to Day 1 of a specific program or challenge, you’ll need to make sure you're currently in that program/challenge. If you're not, press the “leave” button in the top scroll bar. Then press the “View Programs” and select the correct program/challenge. From there, press the reset button in the top scroll bar and select Day 1, or whichever day you'd like to start on. This will also change your daily notifications.Few readers
  • How do I join the Member's Group?
    When you sign-up, you'll receive the link to join the member's group from Chelsea Bot.Few readers
  • Can I do multiple programs or challenges at the same time?
    We don’t officially support being able to go through multiple challenges at the same time. However, you can complete workouts from another challenge or program at any time by accessing the workout library.Few readers
  • Is there a way to do workouts offline?
    You need internet access to watch the workouts and have your activity tracked for streaks and milestones.Few readers
  • Will my workouts be tracked if I travel to a different timezone?
    Yes, your workouts will continue to be tracked while traveling. To maintain a streak, you'll need to complete a workout within the 3 AM - 2:59 AM timeframe of your home timezone.Few readers
