Workouts are counted up until 3:00am in your timezone.
Instead of starting at 12:00am, days in Chelsea Method start at 3:00am and end at 2:59am the following day. This is designed to better match the pattern of when members are most active.
For example, if you work out at on Monday at noon, you should complete a workout before 3:00am Wednesday morning to maintain your streak.
