I'm going through one of the challenges and the workouts got too hard for me. What should I do?
If you get a point where the workouts are too challenging, that's ok! Not everyone progresses at the same rate so it's important to listen to your body. Simply go back one week and work up to that workout again.
If the beginning of the challenge is too difficult, simple leave the challenge to join the Daily 5's or choose from a different challenge.
