I don't want to download Telegram. Can I get the workouts sent to me another way?

Currently we’re not set-up to send out the videos through other mediums. We use Telegram to send out the daily workouts, to support the community, and gamify the experience with streaks and workout tracking, however it's not required to access the workouts.
