How much is a membership and what's included?

Memberships are $19.95 per month and renew automatically. Members always enjoy full access to all programs and challenges, including our large library of workouts.

Plus, members can join a Squad at no extra cost. Squads are small chat groups of other moms led by one of our experienced Squad leaders. Squads are a fun, easy way to supercharge your progress by helping keep you accountable to your goals.
